In 2018, he was commissioned by the Cadenza School of Music to write a work for String Orchestra title "Crossing Sunset" which will be premiered at the Summa Cum Laude Festival in Vienna, Austria in July 2019.

His music explores the extent to which tonality can be stretched and feature playful, artistic score layouts that result in a free-flowing form, often asking on the performer to interpret and collaborate on the resulting musical ideas.
